Yesterday I was just checking out what apps I had in my phone when the screen suddenly went black. It stayed like that for about 3 seconds than the apple logo started flashing every 3 seconds. It only flashes when it's on the charger (whether the charger be plugged into the computer or wall), and whenever it's not, it just stays black and doesn't do anything.
I've tried everything like trying to reset it or to put it in DFU mode but nothing will work. It won't connect to itunes or my computer at all. I have the latest itunes and IOS and I can't figure out what to do.
Try hold down the Power and Home keys for 10 to 15 seconds
Tried it but it just keeps flashing.
Does your device have a full charge? Often if you give it a full charge, that will fix the problem
If that doesn't work, plug it into itunes and run any updates that may be available.
Let me know if we are still broken after this.
It was fully charged when it blacked out and is still on full charge. I can't reset it or put it in DFU mode cause you need the screen to just display the apple logo but is a bit hard when it keeps flashing. I plugged it into itunes but it won't connect to the computer or itunes at all.
