i just got my iphone 5s in november and it used to work fine in the beggining and after 2 months of use currently sine the past few weeks , my phone kept on crashing and rebooting it self , like i used to get the blue screen and it used to go hazy , it used to happen to my friend also so i didnt look much into it , 3-4 days ago my phone fell from my back pocket and just shut, i am positive it didnt have a hard fall because the distance was very small , and it just shut, i tired to switch it back on today after 2 days and it wont start, my phone refuses to charge!!! i plug it in the wall outlet and the batter sign comes then the white screen with black apple logo comes, and it just alternates and its been doing that since 2 hours! it wont start! i even held down the menu button to bring the itunes logo on screen and it comes but then alternates been the chargin sign and white screen after a while! please help me idk what to do !!!!!!
Make an appointment at the genius bar. See what they say. If there is no outward evidence of physical damage, they may replace it under warranty. The fall may have been coincidental. There may have been a failing connection or component in the phone and even a marginal drop was enough to knock it loose. The phone should be able to stand up to "normal" use. Only Apple can make the determination as to whether this is covered.
i hope they dont hold it against me that i dropped it and refuse to cover it on my warranty i mean phones drop all the time, however, thank you i will put your advice into consideration
